A traditionally male-focused footwear and apparel brand, Timberland brought Pat in as General Manager to re-launch the women’s business globally. This involved a complete reassessment of the US business, a cultural readjustment within the company itself, and the creation of beautiful new women’s product. Pat’s contribution included the development of relevant positioning and advertising and a go to market strategy that involved a European test market. Sales increased in the first season by 40%.
