Since 1999, clients in a broad range of industries have turned to the Hambrick Group for thoughtful guidance and expertise. While their industries have varied widely, one thing they’ve had in common is the desire for new and innovative ways to tackle problems. The Hambrick Group has met the needs of its clients by creating inventive marketing strategies, developing insightful customer acquisition plans, establishing smart business priorities, and driving impressive growth.
The path to success varies from client to client, often depending on the size of the organization. Smaller companies typically require help identifying target markets and determining cost-effective strategies for reaching them. Larger organizations benefit from the discovery of innovative approaches to marketing existing products or developing new, compelling product concepts and successfully launching them into competitive environments.
The Hambrick Group works with clients in several ways. Patricia Hambrick, a 20-year global marketing veteran, frequently serves as interim Chief Marketing Officer for organizations unsure of the requirements needed to solve a specific marketing challenge. By immersing herself in the organization, Pat is able to define business goals and strategies, provide an understanding of consumer needs with implications for product positioning, and implement and/or identify the resources needed for execution of those strategies. Pat will often help hire a permanent VP, and then consult periodically to make sure the organization stays well positioned for future growth.
In other cases, Pat may work on a project basis to help the client to better understand a problem and recommend actionable solutions. In addition to Pat’s own expertise, she often brings in best-of-class professionals, such as Megan Lucier, for a range of functions depending on the needs of the clients.
